Great Scottish Run

Checked justgiving and wanted to once again thank everyone who took part in the team Auchrannie Great Scottish Run on Chloe's birthday. The final total raised is sitting at £9,751.72 Wow! A huge thanks to everyone who participated and of course the fab-moo-less Auchrannie resort & Spa. Moo-perb fundraising!

Chemoo Cabaret

Chloe's Chemoo Cows would like to say a Moo-sive Thank Moo to the a-moo-zing Amy Hopkins who put together and directed the most fantastic 'Night at the Musicals' Cabaret Concert on Friday the 23rd November at St Matthews Academy. She did this in memory of Chloe and of Mark Hughes, who was diagnosed with Ewings Sarcoma (another horrendous cancer) just a month after Chloe's diagnosis.

Amy's fundraiser was a huge success, emotional but cathartic, and Mark's Mum Pauline and I really want to thank the fabulous performers, the magical musicians, St Matthews Music department, the backstage crew, the front of house team and the local companies and individuals for their raffle prizes.

Lastly we'd like to thank Amy's brother James Hopkins, who wrote the finale song and music, 'Make a Change'. An amazing song written by a very talented individual, I don't think there was a dry eye left, thank you James.

Amy Hopkins we think you're one in a moo-illian!

Out of this World out of school care!

Chloe's Chemoo Cows would like to say a Moo-sive Thank Moo to all the staff at the Girdle Toll out of School Care. For the second year running, instead of buying each other secret Santa gifts they have donated the money they would have spent to us! GTOSC, your kindness and thoughtfulness is very moo-ch appreciated!

We hope you all had a very Moo-ry Christmas x

Great fundraising at Greenwood

The fantastic young people who fundraise for Chloe's Chemoo Cows never fail to amaze us! We received a cheque for £120 from a group of young Greenwood Academy students who cycled around Millport.

Greenwood Academy

A big thanks to everyone who participated, and a special thanks to Luke McNeil who organised the event and sent us such a lovely letter. A-moo-zing work Greenwood!

Super Young Scots

We had a lovely visit with the Young Scots & Miss Evans also from Greenwood Academy. They presented us with a cheque for £141.85 which was raised by a junior school collection that they'd organised. An Udder thanks to the same Young Scots for selling Chloe's Chemoo Cows wristbands and raising a further £209, you guys are so cool you're Fresian! Well done Greenwood Academy.

Christmas Donations

Thank you to the Bain family for their cow-tastic £50 donation. Another family who sent the money to Chloe's Chemoo Cows instead of spending it on Christmas cards! Very moo-ch appreciated!

Strathy Snow Ball

Martyn MacKenzie & the Strathclyde Accounting & Finance Society organised an a-moo-zing charity raffle as part of their Christmas Snow ball. They arranged some cow-tastic prizes including; Auchrannie Resort, Arran, overnight stay plus B&B, £100 voucher for Jamie's Italian in Glasgow, Hangover Hamper, Pamper Hamper, Overnight stay at Glasgow Hilton and loads more cow-tastic prizes. The Raffle raised over £1000.

A huge Thank-moo to Martyn MacKenzie & fellow students for all the hard work that went in to organising and making the Charity Raffle such a success, we thank them for their support and think they’re all moo-riffic!

Chloe's Chemoo Cows would like to say a special Thank-Moo to the Kitchen & Cleaning Staff at Dalry, Beith & Kilbirnie Primary Schools they very kindly donated 30 Selection Boxes to add to our assortment of goodies for the Schiehallion ward!

A special visit to the ward meant that they were all safely delivered in time for Christmas! Lots of sweets to moo-nch on! Yummy!

12 in 12

Remember these two guys, Steven & Gary, who ran 12 half marathons in 2012. They both paid for every race from their own pockets to ensure every penny raised would go to their 3 chosen charities, us included. They raised over £1600 for Chloe's Chemoo Cows, guys we think you are both moo-riffic and can't thank you enough.

Steven & Gary

Sweet Cakes

A huge Thank-moo to everyone at Dalry Primary School for raising £150 at their Christmas bake sale and donating it to us, we think you guys are all cow-tastic!
